高等职业教育“双高”建设的要义、表征和策略

摘　　要：“双高”建设是引领职业教育深化改革,推进高职教育高质量发展的必然要求。文章在分析“双高”建设核心要义的基础上,从新视野、新趋势和新标准等三个方面研究“双高”建设的重要表征,针对高职教育高质量发展面临的问题与挑战,提出产教融合校企协同实施人才培养与技术创新,集群统领培育一流品牌专业,系统筹划打造“双师四能”教师队伍,育训并举增强服务发展实效,创新路径形成对外开放新格局,多元共治提升内部治理水平等建设策略。The construction of"double-high"is an inevitable requirement to lead the deepening reform of vocational education and promote the high-quality development of Higher Vocational education.Based on the analysis of the core meaning of"double-high"construction,this paper studies the important characteristics of it from three aspects:new vision,new trends and new standards.In view of the problems and challenges faced by the high-quality development of Higher Vocational education,this paper puts forward that the integration of production,education,schools and enterprises should carry out personnel training and technological innovation in coordination,lead the training of first-class brand specialties in clusters.We should cultivate first-class brand specialty,systematically plan to build a team of teachers with dual teachers and four abilities,enhance the effectiveness of service development,innovate ways to form a new pattern of opening to the outside world,and enhance the level of internal governance by multi-governance.
