摘 要:内生主导事物的发展方向,外援只是内生的辅助。民族地区职业学校民族文化传承的可持续发展必须遵循内生型发展思路。内生型发展强调发挥主体的内在动力,民族地区职业学校民族文化传承工作要真正落到实处,必须发挥民族地区政府、企业、职业学校等各主体的内生动力。为调动政府、企业、职业学校在民族文化传承中的内在动力,本研究构建了以民族文化传承为载体,以利益趋同激发政府、企业、学校各参与主体的内生动力,合力构建保障多元主体参与的“政府引导、学校主体、企业主动”的民族地区职业学校民族文化传承的“G-S-E”内生型发展模式。该模式提出政、校、企三者共同参与到职业学校的师资队伍建设、专业设置、课程体系构建、实践基地的创建中。为保障该模式的运行,需进一步完善三方互动协调机制、优化三方共赢机制、建全三方协同合作评价机制。Endogenous forces lead the direction of development and external assistance is only an aid.Therefore,ethnic cultural inheritance at vocational colleges in ethnic regions must rely on endogenous development which emphasizes subject endogenous dynamics.So,in implementing ethnic cultural inheritance at vocational colleges,subject endogenous dynamics of the governments,enterprises and vocational schools in ethnic regions should be given a full play.In order to stimulate their endogenous dynamics,this paper constructs a G-S-E endogenous development mode in which the government is the guidance,schools are the subjects and enterprises provide initiatives.In this mode,the inheritance of ethnic culture is the carrier,the common interest is the stimulation of their endogenous dynamics and the joint construction is a guarantee of their participation.According to this mode,the three subjects should all participate in the building of teaching team,specialties,curriculum and practice base of vocational colleges.To ensure the operation of the mode,more efforts should be made to further improve the tripartite interaction and coordination mechanism,optimize the tripartite win-win mechanism and establish the tripartite collaborative evaluation mechanism.
