摘　　要："电气控制与PLC"课程具有较强的实践性,影响着学生的操作能力、创新能力,要求教师实现对教学模式改革。在本文中,首先阐述"电气控制与PLC"课程教学特点、目标。然后对该课程教学创新的方法进行探究。最后,深入分析实现"电气控制与PLC"课程教学改革的具体方式,目的是为相关人员提供参考,提高该课程的教学效果,全面提升学生的综合能力。"Electrical control and PLC" course has strong practicality, which influences the students’ ability of operation and innovation, and requires the teachers to realize the reform of the teaching mode. In this paper, the characteristics and objectives of "electrical control and PLC" course are described. Then the method of the course teaching innovation is explored. Finally,the concrete way to realize the teaching reform of the "Electrical Control and PLC" course is in-depth analysis. The aim is to provide the reference for the relevant personnel, to improve the teaching effect of the course and to improve the comprehensive ability of the students.
