摘  要:建立独立的专业职务晋升制度,对幼儿园园长专业发展至关重要。当前幼儿园园长专业职务晋升制度存在一些问题:民办幼儿园园长缺乏专业职务晋升的机会和动力;幼儿园园长专业的特殊性不能体现;公立幼儿园园长专业职务晋升渠道狭窄并缺乏可持续性。未来幼儿园园长专业职务晋升制度的改革思路包括:完善体现幼儿园园长专业性的职务晋升系列;解决民办幼儿园园长专业职务晋升问题;做好由教师专业职务向园长专业职务转变的衔接工作。The establishment of an independent professional promotion system is crucial to the professional development of kindergarten Principals. Problems in the professional promotion system of kindergarten Principals includes private kindergarten Principals’ lack of opportunities and motivation for the promotion, the lack of professional nature of kindergarten Principals and the narrow and unsustainable promotion channels for public kindergarten Principals. The reform ideas of the future kindergarten Principals’ professional promotion system include: perfecting the promotion series that reflects the professionalism of kindergarten Principals, solving the professional promotion of Principals in private kindergartens and doing a good job of changing professional positions from kindergarten teachers to professional Principals.
