摘　　要：生物保鲜剂因其天然无毒的特性广泛应用在水产品中,文章简述了几种常见的生物保鲜剂在水产品中的研究进展.Biological preservatives are widely used in aquatic products due to their natural non-toxic properties.This paper briefly de scribes the research progress of several common biological preservatives in aquatic products.
