高职大学生工匠精神培养现状调查研究

摘　　要：高职教育教学过程中融入工匠精神的培养,有助于提升高职学生的职业素养,从而为我国的制造业转型升级提供人才保障。本文通过对四川省内4所高职学院工匠精神培育现状进行调查,了解高职大学生对工匠精神的认识情况,对高职院校培养工匠精神的现状进行分析,致力于为高职学生工匠精神培养提供决策参考。The training of craftsman’s spirit in the teaching process of higher vocational education is helpful to improve the professional quality of higher vocational college students, thus providing talents guarantees for the transformation and upgrading of China’s manufacturing industry. This paper investigates the status of craftsman’s spirit cultivation in 4 higher vocational colleges in Sichuan provinceand achievesan understanding of the cognitive status of craftsman’s spirit among higher vocational college students. The status ofcraftsman’s spirit cultivation in higher vocational colleges is analyzed so as to provide reference for decision-makingin this respect.
