摘　　要：产教融合是产业与教育的紧密结合、相互支持、相互促进,是高职院校为了提高人才培养质量而与行业企业开展的深层次合作。基于传统产业的转型升级、工匠精神的培育、学校的可持续发展等背景,高职人才培养供给侧应在专业布局、校企合作机制、教学过程、办学机制等层面进行一系列的改革,为提升办学水平、提高人才培养质量保驾护航。The integration of industry and education is the close combination, mutual support and mutual promotion of industry and teaching. It is the deep cooperation between higher vocational colleges and industry enterprises in order to improve the quality of talent training. Based on the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries, the cultivation of craftsman spirit, the sustainable development of schools,the supply side of talent training in higher vocational colleges should carry out a series of reforms in the aspects of professional layout, school-enterprise cooperation mechanism, teaching process, school-running mechanism, in order to improve the level of running a school and the quality of talent training.
