摘　　要：荣氏家族企业集团作为近代中国最大的民族资本集团,其长盛不衰的奥秘历来广受关注。百余年来,荣氏家族继承人无论身处何处,都极好地融入了当地的环境,取得了巨大成功,打破了"富不过三代"的商业魔咒。荣氏家族的成功,关键在于以荣氏兄弟为发端的企业家精神的实践和传承。荣氏兄弟弘扬传统优秀文化、汲取西方先进文明,"古今兼蓄、中西合璧""以身作则、言传身教""知行合一、学以致用""形式多样、因材施教",将企业家精神实践和代际传承同步进行,具有鲜明的时代特征、中国特色。As the largest national capital group in modern China, the Rong family business group has always been widely concerned about its long-standing mystery. For more than a hundred years, the successors of the Rong family have been well integrated into the local environment no matter where they are, and have achieved great success, breaking the commercial curse of "three generations rich". The success of the Rong family is based on the practice and inheritance of the entrepreneurial spirit initiated by the Rong brothers.
