摘  要:在教育硕士专业学位研究生培养中实施“双导师制”既是国家政策要求,又是教育硕士培养模式改革的必经之路。目前我国教育硕士研究生培养中的“双导师制”存在四个突出问题:一是校内导师固守传统教育观念,指导方式落后;二是校外导师参与度不高,作用发挥有限;三是校内外导师缺乏沟通交流的渠道,合作深度不够;四是培养单位相关政策保障缺失,“双导师制”落实不到位。针对以上问题,教育硕士培养单位应当增加教育实践课程比例,促使校外导师尽早融入指导工作;搭建“行业协同”实践教育创新平台,促进校内外导师之间的交流;构建师生学习共同体,提升校内导师作为教师教育者的综合素养;制定导师考核标准,分类完善校内外导师激励与淘汰机制,使得“双导师制”更好地落地生根,为教育硕士专业学位研究生培养服务。The implementation of"double-supervisor system"is not only the requirement of national policy,but also the critical way to reform the training of master of education(Ed.M).At present,there exist four outstanding problems in China:firstly,the inner-university supervisors adhere to the traditional educational concepts so that their guiding mode is backward;secondly,the outer-university supervisors do not actively participate in their work so that their function is limited;thirdly,the supervisors both inside and outside universities do not have adequate communication and cooperation;finally,the universities have not made efficient policies to guarantee the implementation of"double-supervisor system".To solve the above problems,universities should design more educational practice courses to involve outer-university supervisors into the guidance work as soon as possible,build the innovation platform of"industry coordination"for practical education to promote the communication between supervisors and graduates,construct the learning community of supervisors and graduates to improve the comprehensive accomplishment of supervisors as teacher educators,and make evaluating standards to respectively perfect the incentive and elimination mechanism for supervisors inside and outside universities.Thus,the"double-supervisor system"will be better implemented in and work for the training of Ed.M.
