摘　　要：质量是教育的生命线,充分利用计算机技术、网络技术、通信技术对教学资源进行全面的信息化。研究表明,通过构建高校教师信息化教学能力提升平台,建立有教师参与的重点教师队伍,以此实现分工、布局、建设、共享、共享的资源共享模式。实现资源建设中的“建设与享受统一”,实现资源建设和教学辅助的双重功能[1]。Quality is the lifeline of education,making full use of computer technology,network technology,and communication tech nology to comprehensively informatize teaching resources.The research shows that by building a platform for improving the infor mation-based teaching ability of college teachers,a team of key teachers with teachers'participation is established to realize the re source sharing model of division of labor,layout,construction,sharing and sharing.Realize the"unification of construction and en joyment"in resource construction,and realize the dual functions of resource construction and teaching assistance.
