《健康中国行动》背景下高职体育教学创新研究

摘　　要：2019年7月15日国务院印发的《关于实施健康中国行动的意见》对高职体育教学提出新要求,要求强化健康教育理念,普及健康知识,优化课程教学内容,维护生命周期健康并提高生活质量。但目前高职体育教学存在不足,为顺应《健康中国行动》的要求,高职体育教学中有必要更新教学理念,树立以人民健康为中心理念,优化高职体育教学内容设置,创新教学方法,并开展生命安全教育,注重安全事故和疾病防控,维护高职学生的生命周期健康。The"Opinions on Implementing Healthy China Action"issued by the State Council on July 15,2019,puts forward new requirements for higher vocational sports teaching,requires strengthening the concept of health education,popularizing health knowledge,optimizing curriculum content,maintaining life cycle health and improving quality of life.However,there are currently some shortcomings in higher vocational sports teaching.In order to comply with the requirements of"Healthy China Action",it is necessary to update the teaching concept in higher vocational physical education,establish the concept of people's health as the central concept,optimize the content setting of higher vocational sports teaching,innovate teaching methods.And carry out life safety education,pay attention to prevent and control safety accidents and diseases,in order to maintain the life cycle health of vocational students.
