高职院校多媒体专业教师下企业顶岗实践的感悟与体会

摘　　要：校企合作、产教融合的教育模式发展对于人才培养质量会产生直接的影响。高职学院教师进入企业进行顶岗实践,有助于提升其专业教学能力和实践指导水平,也是快速提升学生实践技能和就业技能的重要渠道。文章从一次亲身顶岗实践出发,谈了几点顶岗实践的感悟,体会并分析教师赴企业顶岗实践存在的主要问题及实践中的不足。The development of the education mode based on college-enterprise cooperation and production-education integration will have a direct impact on the quality of talent cultivation.Higher vocational college teachers entering enterprises to carry out on-post practice will help to improve their professional teaching ability and practice guidance level,which is also an important channel to quickly improve students'practical skills and employment skills.Starting from a personal on-practice practice,this paper discusses the experience of the practice,and analyzes the main problems of the practice.
