适应新技术、新经济发展的我国高职转型策略

摘　　要：发展新技术、新经济是新时代下增强经济发展内生动力的重要路径,而新技术、新经济的发展离不开高等职业教育的大力支撑。目前,我国高职教育存在人才培养目标定位偏重“技能”、创新要素不足、专业设置结构性失调、培养规格单一、技术创新与服务能力弱、与产业衔接的师资队伍能力建设不足等问题。为紧跟新技术、新经济发展步伐,高职教育要着力提升人才培养层次,打造升级版高职教育;调整专业与课程设置,对接新技术、新经济发展;重新定义人才培养规格,培养复合型、创新型人才;以新技术应用为导向,强化技术研发和技术服务体系建设;强化“双师”教师团队建设,提高技术研发和服务能力。Development of the new technology and new economy is an important way to enhance the endogenous driving force of economic development in the new era.The development of new technology and new economy cannot be separated from the strong support of vocational education.At present,there are problems in talents training of higher vocational education in China,such as target localization lays particular stress on the skill,innovation essential factor are insufficient,professional settings are structurally dysfunctional,single talents training specifications,technology innovation and service capability are weak,insufficient faculty capacity building to link up with the industry,etc.In order to keep up with the development of new technology and new economy,higher vocational education needs to improve the level of talents training,to create an upgraded version of vocational education;adjust the specialty and curriculum to meet the needs of new technology and new economy;redefine talents training specifications to train compound and innovative talents;guided by the application of new technologies to strengthen technology research and development and build a technical service system;strengthen the construction of double teacher team,and improve the ability of technology research and development and service.
