摘 要:针对浙江省43所高职院校教师下企业服务的发展现状进行调查。发现教师对下企业服务工作的自我身份认同正在提高,下企业服务人数逐年增多。一方面促进企业生产效能的提高,拓展教师实践教学资源空间;另一方面也有利于学校与企业之间更紧密开展“产教融合”模式的落实。研究还发现,当前教师下企业服务的相关考核制度并不完善,主要是教师量化考核与企业考核衔接不充分、下企业经费与政策保障制度不到位等,阻碍了教师为企业服务的可持续性。This paper investigates and studies the development situation of teachers in enterprise service in 43 higher vocational colleges in Zhejiang province,and finds that the self-identity of teachers in enterprise service is improving,and the number of teachers in enterprise service is increasing year by year.Teachers in enterprise services can not only promote the improvement of enterprise production efficiency,but also expand the space of teachers’practical teaching resources.In addition,it also facilitates the implementation of the mode of"production-education integration"by closer connection between schools and enterprises.However,the study also finds that there are some deficiencies in the current assessment system for teachers in enterprise service,which is mainly reflected in the imperfect connection between the quantitative assessment of teachers and enterprise assessment,as well as the insufficient guarantee of enterprise funds and policies,which hinders the sustainability of teachers in enterprise service.
