商贸类专业“一校多企”校企协同育人模式创新与实践——以广东女子职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：针对商贸类专业普遍存在的产教难以融合,企业参与人才培养积极性不高,学生职业技能不足的问题,通过创新“一校多企”“一企多生”校企协同育人模式和校企合作运行管理机制,有效解决企业参与人才培养动力不足的问题,解决学生专业技术技能与企业岗位要求不吻合的问题,从而解决学生就业难、对口率不高离职率高和企业招工难、稳定率不高流失率高的问题。In view of the problems of difficult integration of industry and education,low enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in talents training and insufficient vocational skills of students,the problem of insufficient motivation of enterprises to participate in talents training has been solved by innovating the school-enterprise cooperative education mode of"one school with multiple enterprises"and"one enterprise with multiple students"and the mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation and operation management.It solves the problem that students'professional and technical skills do not match the requirements of enterprises'posts,thus solving the problems of students'difficult employment,low job suited rate,higher separation rate,difficult recruitment of enterprises and low rate of stability and high turnover,etc.
