摘  要:国务院印发《国家职业教育改革实施方案》(简称《方案》)的重要内容之一就是发挥企业重要办学主体作用,推动企业兴办高质量职业教育,建设多元办学格局。长期以来,在国家政策引导下,企业积极参与或兴办职业教育,为职业教育的高质量发展做出了巨大贡献。但从实践来看,企业举办高质量职业教育仍然存在政策供给的困境,体现在政策供给的公平性不足、政策供给的配套较差、政策供给吸引力不足、政策供给的效力不够、政策供给的相关方互动不足等诸多问题,需要在具体实践中进一步结合《方案》精神,加强和优化政策供给,推动企业兴办高质量职业教育。The“Action Plan for National Vocational Education Reform”(hereinafter referred to as“the Action Plan”)issued by the Chinese State Council emphasizes,among other key points,the role of enterprises as a main body of running schools,to promote enterprises running high quality vocational education and to construct the pattern of multiple participants in school-running.Under the guidance of state policies,enterprises have participated actively in or run vocational education and contributed tremendously to the development of high quality vocational education for a long time.In practice,however,there is still dilemma in policy supply for enterprises running high quality vocational education which is characterized by various problems including lack of fairness in policy supply,inadequate supportive measures for the policy supply,insufficient attractiveness of policy supply,ineffectiveness of policy supply and inadequate interaction among relevant parties in policy supply.In the future practice,policy supply should be enhanced and optimized in line with the essence of the Action Plan in order to promote enterprises running high quality vocational education.
