摘 要:某教学团队在进行急救技能培训时,创新方式方法,采取了情景模拟加实战点评的方式,注重融入医学人文教育,取得了较好的效果。基本思路是:坚持在实战中强化人文精神,注重学生人文实践技能的提高;加强学生的生命观教育,树立敬畏生命的意识和职责使命意识;提高学生紧急情况下的沟通技能和决策能力;在情景模拟与实战点评中,发挥教师引导作用、言传身教作用,同时发挥学生的主体作用,激发学生的职业热情,使学生真切感受医学人文素质的作用,从而内化为自身的执业素质。In the first aid skill training, the innovative methods were tried. The methods of scenario simulation and the comments of practical operation were adopted, which focused on the integration of medical humanities education, and had achieved some good results. The basic ideas were embodied in these aspects, including:adhere to strengthen the humanistic spirit in practical operation, pay attention to the improvement of students’ humanistic practical skills;Strengthen the education of students’ view of life, establish the sense of reverence for life and the sense of duty and mission;Improve students’ communication skills and decision-making ability in emergency situations;In scenario simulation and practical operation comments, teachers should play a guiding role and the role of teaching by words and deeds, at the same time, students should play the main role and stimulated their professional enthusiasm to help them feel role of medical humanistic quality, so as to internalize their own professional quality.
