摘　　要：高等职业教育是高等教育的重要组成部分,重点培养高端技术技能型人才。在人才培养方面,不仅要培养学生掌握专业知识和技术,还要培养学生的创新精神、敬业精神等职业素养,使其具备较高的综合素质。中华优秀传统文化教育是人性的教育、做人的教育,有利于高职院校人才培养目标的实现。分析建立中华优秀传统文化育人体系的背景,希望高职院校建立起科学的中华优秀传统文化育人体系,以有效提高高职学生的人文修为、思想品行和职业素养。Higher vocational education is an important part of higher education,which focuses on training high-end skilled talents.In terms of personnel training,we should not only cultivate students to master professional knowledge and technology,but also cultivate students’professional qualities such as innovation spirit and professionalism,so as to make them have higher comprehensive quality.The education of Chinese excellent traditional culture is a kind of education of human nature,which teaches students how to be human,and it is beneficial to the realization of the goal of talent training in higher vocational colleges.This paper analyzes the background of establishing the nurture system of Chinese excellent traditional culture,and hopes that higher vocational colleges can establish a scientific nurture system of Chinese excellent traditional culture,so as to effectively improve the humanistic cultivation,ideological conduct and professional quality of higher vocational students.
