教育现代化背景下高校继续教育管理体制探究

摘　　要：教育现代化背景下,高校继续教育管理体制上仍存在管理理念滞后、社会监督机制不健全、教育教学督导问题突出等问题,不能满足当前继续教育发展的需求。因此,应更新办学理念、健全监督考评机制、解决教育督导难题,从而使高校继续教育能够在教育现代化背景下承担起历史重任。Under the background of education modernization, there are still some problems in the management system of continuing education in Colleges and universities, such as the lag of management concept, the imperfection of social supervision mechanism, and the prominent problems of education and teaching supervision, which cannot meet the needs of the current development of continuing education. Therefore, we should renew the idea of running a school, perfect the mechanism of supervision and evaluation and solve the problem of education supervision, so that the continuing education of colleges and universities can take on the historical responsibility under the background of education modernization.
