摘 要:高等医学院校临床医学院的青年教师肩负着大量临床教学任务,将所有的青年教师纳入授课比赛院内选拔,组建辅导教师团队,采用赛前培训观摩、预赛时多对一点评和遴选后一对一辅导的形式,结合授课比赛的要求和青年教师自身的特点,以青年教师授课比赛为导向对临床授课技巧进行梳理、分析及研究。授课比赛定位应进一步明确,授课主题导入需精准到位,20分钟的授课内容要具有完整性、逻辑性及条理性,青年教师表现力最为关键。掌握授课技巧可以激发青年教师的授课兴趣,有助于引导青年教师进入自我兴奋的授课状态,短期内提升青年教师的授课水平和教学能力。The young teachers of clinical medical college undertake a lot of clinical teaching tasks.All young teachers are selected in the courtyard of the teaching competition.The team of tutors is established.The forms of pre-competition training observation,pre-competition multi-point evaluation and post-selection one-to-one counseling are adopted.Combined with the requirements of the teaching competition and the characteristics of young teachers,clinical teaching skills are analyzed and studied.The orientation of teaching competition should be further clarified.The introduction of teaching topics needs to be precise and in place.The 20-minute course should be complete,logical and organized.Youth teachers’ performance is the key factor.Mastering teaching skills can stimulate young teachers’ interest in teaching,help guide young teachers to enter a self-excited teaching state,and improve young teachers’ teaching level and teaching ability in a short time.
