摘 要:橄榄油作为地中海式饮食的重要组分,其保健功效一直为许多研究学者所关注。相比较而言,国外对橄榄油功效研究比较活跃而且深入,而国内相关研究比较少而且薄弱;并且,国内外油橄榄功效研究仍不够完善,还需进一步研究。为此,综述了国内外橄榄油的保健与疾病预防功效研究进展,包括:改善肠道菌群、养肤护肤以及预防慢性病等方面。综合研究结果表明,食用橄榄油对人体健康十分有益,尤其在心血管疾病的预防方面。最后,还对国内橄榄油保健功效研究进行了展望。As within the context of the Mediterranean diet, the health benefits of olive oil consumption have been extensively investigated. However, these researches weren’t perfect yet and the conclusions on the health benefits of olive oil remain to be confirmed. Comparatively speaking, foreign studies on the functionality of olive oil are more active and in-depth, while domestic research is inactive and weak. Thus, the aim of the present work is to review the scientific evidence regarding the specific impact of olive oil consumption on human including improvement of intestinal flora health, skin care, and prevention of the chronic diseases. The aggregated evidence supports the assertion that olive oil consumption is beneficial for human health, particularly for the prevention of cardiovascular diseases. Besides, the domestic further research on the health benefit of olive oil was prospected.
