摘  要:从"语言建构与运用"这一重要核心素养的角度,对2019年高考语文(天津卷)试题进行分析,关照"语言建构",试题主要考查语言运用、时间积累和必备品格;"语言运用"注重体现在"情境""思维"与"能力"等方面。基于对试卷的分组抽样,分析考生在语言建构与运用方面存在的问题,并针对以上情况,提出提升"语言建构与运用"素养的基本策略:课堂教学中,读写结合、品鉴相承、悟用合一;社会生活应用中,规范使用汉语汉字。This paper attempts to analyze the Chinese test paper for the 2019 college entrance examination in Tianjin from the perspective of "language construction and application", which is an important core accomplishment.The test questions mainly check from three aspects: language use, time accumulation and necessary character."Language application" focuses on "situation", "thinking" and "ability". Based on the group sampling of this examination, the paper analyzes the problems existing in the language construction and application of examinees ’and puts up with some basic strategies on improving the quality of "language construction and application", which are the combination of reading and writing, appreciation and understanding as well as enlightenment and use in classroom teaching. In daily life, it is necessary to use standard Chinese characters.
