摘  要:探究分别以新鲜巨菌草、巨菌草干草及木屑为栽培料栽培平菇(Pleurotus ostreatus),对其子实体的菌盖厚度、单菇重量等物理指标及营养成分的影响。结果显示,菌盖厚度方面,木屑>鲜草>干草;菌盖直径方面,干草>木屑>鲜草;菌柄长度方面,干草>鲜草>木屑;菌柄直径方面,木屑>鲜草>干草;单菇质量,木屑>鲜草>干草;单菇体积方面,木屑>鲜草>干草;容重方面,木屑>干草>鲜草。不同栽培料的含水量和粗脂肪含量相同;粗纤维含量方面,鲜草>干草>木屑;粗多糖含量方面,鲜草>干草>木屑;粗蛋白含量方面,木屑>鲜草>干草;灰分含量方面,木屑>鲜草>干草;重金属含量均未超标,符合国家绿色食品的标准。研究结果表明,巨菌草鲜草可以作为平菇栽培料使用,降低了栽培料的成本,节省了栽培料的准备时间。In order to investigate the effects of fresh Pennisetum giganteum z.x.lin,dry P.giganteum and sawdust as cultivation materials on the cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus,physical indicators such as the thickness of the pileus,the weight of the fruiting body and the nutrient composition were detected.The results of this study showed that the thickness of the pileus with sawdust as the cultivation material was the largest,followed by fresh P.giganteum,and the smallest was dry P.giganteum.The diameter of the pileus with dry P.giganteum as the cultivation material was the largest,followed by sawdust,and the smallest was fresh P.giganteum.The stipe length with dry P.giganteum as the cultivation material was the largest,followed by fresh P.giganteum,and the smallest was sawdust.The stipe diameter with sawdust as the cultivation material was the largest,followed by fresh of P.giganteum,and the smallest was dry P.giganteum.The single mushroom quality with sawdust as the cultivation material was the largest,followed by fresh P.giganteum,and the smallest was dry P.giganteum.The single mushroom volume with sawdust as the cultivation material was the largest,followed by fresh P.giganteum,and the smallest was dry P.giganteum.The bulk density with sawdust as the cultivation material was the largest,followed by dry P.giganteum,and the smallest was fresh P.giganteum.It was also shown that different culture materials have the same water content and crude fat content.The content of crude fiber and crude polysaccharide in the fruiting body of P.ostreatus with fresh P.giganteum as the cultivation material was the highest,followed by dry P.giganteum and sawdust.The crude protein and ash content of P.ostreatus with sawdust as the cultivation material was the highest,followed by fresh P.giganteum,and the lowest was dry P.giganteum.The heavy metal content had not exceeded the standard and meets the national green food standards.The research results showed that the fresh P.giganteum could be used as the cultivation material of the P.ostre
