摘 要:人力资源管理是企业管理的重要的内容,人力资源管理水平对于企业的生存发展具有重大影响。当前,随着经济的发展,市场竞争越来越激烈,企业必须具备一定的竞争力才能占据有利态势,电网企业在人力资源管理中引入薪酬和绩效管理可以有效激发员工的积极性,促使员工提升工作效率,以获得最大的经济效益。文章简要阐述了电网企业人力资源管理中实践薪酬和绩效管理的意义,分析了薪酬和绩效管理中存在问题,提出了部分应对策略。Human resource management is an important part of enterprise management, the level of human resource management has a major impact on the survival and development of enterprises. At present, with the development of the economy, the market competition is becoming more and more fierce, enterprises must have certain competitiveness to occupy a favorable position. The introduction of salary and performance management in the management of human resources by grid companies can effectively stimulate the enthusiasm of employees and encourage employees to improve their work, efficiency for maximum economic benefit. This paper briefly expounds the significance of practical pay and performance management in human resources management of power grid enterprises, analyzes the problems in pay and performance management, and puts forward partial corresponding coping strategies.
