摘　　要：大学教师的自我认同是一个历史的范畴,它既有永恒性的某些要义,又会随着历史的发展而有所变化。20世纪以来,大学教师自我认同的异化是多种因素导致的结果,而当前盛行的绩效量化考核制度,是导致大学教师自我认同异化的最直接因素。为了让大学教师的自我认同“回归本真”,既需要大学教师的自我救赎,更需要我们的大学首先“回归本真”。The self-identification of university teachers is a historical category.It not only has some important meanings of eternity,but also changes with the development of history.Since the 20th century,many factors have led to the alienation of university teachers’self-identification,and the current performance quantification system is the most direct factor leading to the self-identification of university teachers.In order to make the self-identity of university teachers“return to the true nature”,it not only needs the self salvation of university teachers,but also needs our universities to“return to the true”first.
