摘 要:以江苏农林职业技术学院为例,总结了基于SPOC、翻转课堂、仿真实训室等的混合式教学,结合混合教学实践中出现的以由上向下推行为主,由下而上改革动力不足;考评体系突出过程考核,但考核引导学习不足;学习资源极大丰富,有机融合运用能力不足等问题,提出应基于教学主体利益,激发由下而上改革的动力;基于引导学生自觉自主学习,完善考评体系及创新考评手段和方法;加强资源选择并有机融合教学过程,实现线上线下资源的无缝对接等改进策略。Taking Jiangsu Vocational College of Agriculture and Forestry as an example,this paper summarized the blending teaching based on SPOC,reverse classroom and simulation training room,combined with the promotion from top to bottom in the practice of blending teaching,but the reform motivation was insufficient from bottom to top;the assessment system highlighted the process assessment,but the learning guiding was insufficient;the learning resources were extremely rich,but the organic integration and utilization ability was insufficient.It was proposed that the motivation of the bottom-up should be stimulated based on the interests of the teaching subject;the self-conscious learning should be guided,the evaluation system should be perfected and evaluation methods should be innovated;resource selection should be strengthened and the teaching process should be organically integrated to achieve seamless integration of online and offline resources.
