摘 要:从国务院推行终身职业技能培训制度谈起,从德国职业教育到我国提出的职教改革的方针政策分析了职业教育向社会化发展是社会经济发展的必然要求;又从联合国教科文组织和其他有关国际机构大力提倡、推广的终身教育理念到我国构建终身教育学习型社会分析了职业教育向终身化发展是人类发展进步的重要体现;最后从本校高职教育与开放教育融合发展的实践中,给出了职业教育向社会化、终身化发展的途径、方式,从而得出具有普遍性可推广的参考价值。Starting from the implementation of lifelong vocational skill training system by the State Council, the paper proposes the socialization of vocational education is the inevitable demand of social and economic development from Germany vocational education to the policies and guidelines of vocational education reform in our country. From the concept of lifelong education strongly advocated and promoted by UNESCO and other relevant international institutions to the construction of a learning society of lifelong education in China, the paper expounds that lifelong development of vocational education is an important embodiment of human development and progress. Finally, from the practice of the integrated development of higher vocational education and open education in our school, this paper puts forward the ways and means of socialized and lifelong development, so as to obtain the reference value of universality and popularization.
