摘  要:师徒制校长培训模式是目前中小学校长高端培训的主要模式,这种培训模式在解决了"校长无法用理论知识指导学校实际问题的解决"这一问题的同时,也产生一些负面效应。而校长专业学习社群培训模式作为一种新兴模式比较好地规避了师徒制培训模式中学员学习积极性不高、导师动力不足、整个培训缺乏有力监管、培训活动开展虎头蛇尾等问题,成为校长高端培训领域探寻新的培训模式的一个关注焦点。The mode of master-apprentice principal training is the main mode of high-end training for primary and secondary school principals. The training mode can solve the problem when the principal cannot solve practical problems with the theoretical knowledge, but it also has some negative effects. The principal’s professional learning community training model as a new model circumvents the problems of the low motivation of learners in the teacher-education training model, the instructors’ lack of motivation, the lack of effective supervision of the entire training, and the poor ending of training activities. The mode becomes a new focus in the course of exploring the new training models.
