摘 要:目前虚拟技术越来越广泛地运用到教育领域,虚拟技术能够为学习者提供个性化和高沉浸学习环境。介绍了虚拟微格教学平台的构架和功能布局,该平台能够营造360°全景训练空间,模拟授课过程,为师范生提供个性化的师范技能训练环境。通过比较与分析师范生在传统微格教室和虚拟微格平台下的学习表现,发现利用虚拟微格教学平台训练的师范生在学习自我效能感、学习态度及课堂教学表现要优于参与传统微格训练的师范生,该研究为师范生教学技能虚拟仿真学习有效性提供了佐证。It is increasingly common for teachers to integrate the use of virtual technology in teaching,virtual technology can provide personalized and high immersion learning environment for learners. This paper introduces the architecture and function of virtual micro-teaching system. The system can simulate the teaching process,create a 360-degree panoramic training space for learners,and provide personalized training environment for teaching skills. Comparison and analysis found the students participated in virtual teaching training are better at self-efficacy,attitude and teaching scores than the students participated in tradition teaching training. It proves that the virtual technology assisted micro-teaching is effective.
