摘  要:专业学位研究生教育是高等教育的重要组成部分,担负着培养和造就高层次应用型人才的重任,特色育人是强化薄弱环节、提高培养质量的有效手段。近年来,江南大学化学工程专业依托学科特色,从课程体系改革、导师队伍建设、实践创新基地、评价机制、紧贴行业需求等五个方面为着力点,探索了彰显轻工特色的化学工程专业学位研究生教育的培养模式。Professional degree graduate students’ education is an important part of the higher education, which shoulders the important task of cultivating high-level applied talents. Characteristic education is an effective means for strengthening weak links and improving the cultivation quality. Based on the characteristic discipline, the cultivation mode for the professional degree graduate students with light industry features in Jiangnan University has been continuously explored through reforming the curriculum system, the tutor team, the practice and innovation base, the evaluation mechanism, as well as the chemical industry’s demand. The characteristic education mode is providing a new approach to the professional degree graduate students’ cultivation.
