摘 要:为了增加山药皮利用率,提高山药皮中皂苷得率,以山药皮为原料,采用热回流法提取山药皮中的皂苷化合物。通过单因素试验和正交试验,研究提取温度、提取时间、乙醇浓度和料液比等因素对山药皮皂苷提取效果的影响。结果表明,最佳提取条件为:提取温度45℃、提取时间3 h、乙醇体积分数70%和料液比1∶20,皂苷提取率为0.251%。In order to increase the utilization rate of Chinese yam skin and improve the saponin yield of Chinese yam skin,hot reflux method was used to extract the saponin from Chinese yam skin.The effects of extraction temperature,extraction time,ethanol concentration and ratio of material to liquid on the extraction efficiency were studied by single factor and orthogonal experiment.The optimal extraction conditions were as follows:extraction temperature 45℃,extraction time 3 h,ethanol concentration 70%,solid-liquid ratio 1∶20,saponin extraction rate 0.251%.The optimum extraction process was simple,accurate and reliable,which provided a theoretical basis for the comprehensive development and utilization of Chinese yam skin.
