摘  要:目的:分析微信平台辅助问题导向式教学法在医学检验临床实习教学的效果。方法:选取我院检验科的实习生80名参与本次研究,将80名实习生分为实验组和对照组两组,对照组采取的是传统的临床带教手段,实验组采取微信平台辅助问题导向式教学法,对比两种教学手段的教学效果。结果:分析两组学生采取不同教学手段后的理论以及实践教学成果,实验组的理论成绩、实践成绩均高于对照组,两组学生采取不同教学手段的实习成绩对比具有差异则表示统计学有意义(P<0.05)。评估学生对教学手段的满意度,实验组学生对教学内容、师生沟通、教学质量、教学氛围等方面高于对照组,P<0.05表示统计学有意义。结论:医学检验的带教过程中,应用微信平台辅助问题导向式教学法能够提高检验科的带教成果,从而提高实习生的理论及实践考核成绩,提高实习生对带教手段的满意度。Objective:to analyze the effect of WeChat platform assisted problem-oriented teaching method in clinical practice teaching of medical laboratory.Methods:80 interns from the laboratory test department of our hospital were selected to participate in this study,and 80 interns were divided into two groups:experimental group and control group.The control group adopted the traditional clinical teaching method,and the experimental group adopted the WeChat platform auxiliary problem-oriented teaching method to compare the teaching effect of the two teaching methods.Results:after analyzing the theoretical and practical teaching achievements of the two groups of students after adopting different teaching methods,the theoretical and practical achievements of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the comparison of the internship achievements of the two groups of students using different teaching methods was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the evaluation of students’satisfaction with teaching methods,students in the experimental group were more satisfied with teaching content,communication between teachers and students,teaching quality,teaching atmosphere and other aspects than those in the control group,P<0.05 indicated statistical significance.Conclusion:in the teaching process of medical examination,the application of WeChat platform auxiliary problem-oriented teaching method can improve the teaching results of the laboratory,so as to improve the theoretical and practical examination results of interns and improve their satisfaction with the teaching methods.
