高校教师职业福利的内容及体系构建研究

摘　　要：为构建高校教师职业福利体系,增强教师对教育事业的归属感和认同感,激发他们全身心投入教育事业中的热情,作者以《高校教师职业福利的内容及体系构建研究》为课题,从高校教师职业福利的内容入手,对其进行了全方位、深层次的剖析,并在此基础上全面而深入地探究了高校教师职业福利体系构建策略,给出了具有代表性的建议。To build a university teachers’ professional welfare system,enhance teachers’ sense of belonging and identity in the education industry,to encourage their enthusiasm of devoting themselves to their education career,based on the content and system of university teachers’ professional welfare building research as the subject,from the content of university teachers’ professional welfare,to a comprehensive,deep analysis,and on the basis of the comprehensive and in-depth explore the strategy of the university teachers’ professional welfare system,the author representative personal advice is given.
