摘  要:我国放管服改革以"遵循市场规律,激发市场活力"为目标,在教育领域,放管服改革推进了教育机构自主性发展。配合合理的教师激励机制,能够更加有效的发挥放管服对教育改革的促进作用。本课题以放管服为背景,从人力资源管理的角度,探索基于战略薪酬的独立学院教师激励机制,建立科学的教师评价原则与薪酬化的激励方式,并提出其对教师、院校发展的推动作用。The goal of Delegate power and optimize service reform is to follow market rules and stimulate market vitality. In the field of education, Delegate power and optimized service promote the development of educational institutions’ autonomy. Delegate power and optimize service can promote education reform with teacher incentive mechanism. Based on the background of Delegate power and optimized service and from the perspective of human resources management, this paper explores the incentive mechanism of teachers in Independent Colleges Based on strategic salary, and establishes scientific principles of teacher evaluation and incentive methods of salary. At the same time, it analyses the role of Delegate power and optimized service in promoting the development of education.
