高职院校专业建设标准的内涵和实施策略研究

摘　　要：专业建设标准作为高职院校对专业建设工作进行诊断与改进的依据,可以对专业建设和管理的过程符合标准及规范的程度、对专业建设和管理的结果产生的绩效进行判断。通过论述专业建设标准的内涵和意义,探索促进专业建设标准落地落实的策略,即学习宣传,认识到位;完善制度,形成体系;平台支撑,过程留痕和文化营造,崇尚质量,为开展专业建设诊断与改进工作奠定基础。As a basis for the diagnosis and improvement of specialty construction work,the specialty construction standards can judge the degree of compliance with standards and regulations during the process of specialty construction and management,and evaluate the performance of construction and management results.This paper discusses the connotation and significance of specialty construction standards and explores the strategies to promote the implementation of specialty construction standards namely learning publicity with a clearing understanding,perfect mechanism for the system formation and supported platform with high level of cultural atmosphere and quality in order to lay a strong foundation for the specialty construction diagnosis and improvement.
