摘　　要：针对自主招生生源特点,严格遵循现代学徒制人才培养方案的培养目标,对专业课程进行较为深刻的教育教学改革.通过在专业课程中融入课程思政、开展技能竞赛、充分利用实习实训资源以及改革考评方式等多种方法,真正启发了学生的岗位认同感,达到了教育教学目标.In view of the characteristics of independently enrolled students,we implemented a profound education and teaching reform on professional courses strictly following the training objectives of modern apprenticeship.By integrated ideological and political education into professional courses,carrying out skills competitions,making full use of practical courses and reforming assessment methods,we effectively inspired students'sense of job recognition and achieved the goal of education and teaching.
