摘  要:虚拟学习社区逐渐成为大众终身学习平台,研究用户满意度不仅对维持社区发展活力具有实践意义,也对未来学习空间的设计具有借鉴启示作用。该文首先从生态学习观视域分析界定相关概念,然后融合多学科理论,整合信息系统的持续使用理论、心理学的心流体验、社会认知理论和教育学的生态学习观构建虚拟学习社区用户满意度的概念模型。通过问卷收集大中专院校师生用户对MOOC、知乎、果壳、维基等代表性虚拟学习社区的调查数据,采用结构方程模型方法对1165份问卷进行分析,探索了影响用户满意度的主要因素及机制。研究发现:感知有用性、期望确认、心流体验、社区归属感和感知交互性直接正向影响用户满意度;自我效能感、心流体验和感知开放性间接影响用户满意度;感知交互性对用户满意度的总效应最大,其次是期望确认、心流体验、感知开放性、自我效能感、社区归属感,感知有用性。最后提出三条提高满意度的建议:重视感知交互性建设,设计智能化交互服务环境和交互激励政策;注重用户期望确认,创建具有沉浸感的个性化服务环境;加强系统开放性建设,拓展系统多样化开放服务能力。The virtual learning community has gradually become a lifelong learning platform for the public.The study of user satisfaction not only has practical significance for maintaining the vitality of community development,but also has a reference and revelation effect for the design of future learning space.Firstly,this paper defines related concepts from the view of Ecology of Learning,and then integrates multidisciplinary theory,the continuous use model of information system(ECM-ISC),the flow experience social cognition theory(SCT)of psychology,and the view of Ecology of Learning of pedagogy to construct conceptual model of user satisfaction in a virtual learning community.Through questionnaires,the survey data of teachers and students in colleges and universities on MOOC,Zhihu,Guokr,Wiki and other representative virtual learning communities were collected.The structural equation model was used to analyze 1165 questionnaires and explored the main factors and mechanisms affecting user satisfaction.The study found that perceived usefulness,expectation confirmation,flow experience,community sense of belonging and perceived interaction directly affect user satisfaction;self-efficacy,flow experience and perceived openness indirectly affect user satisfaction;the biggest total effect among all the influencing factors of user satisfaction is perceived interaction,then followed by expectation confirmation,flow experience,perceived openness,self-efficacy,community sense of belonging,and perceived usefulness.Finally,three suggestions for improving satisfaction are given:paying attention to the construction of perceived interaction,designing intelligent interactive service environment and interactive incentive policy;emphasizing the confirmation of user expectations,creating personalized service environment with immersion;strengthening the construction of system openness and expanding the ability of system diversification and open service.
