牡丹籽油复方软胶囊增强免疫力的功能研究

摘　　要：研究了牡丹籽油复方软胶囊对小鼠体内外免疫功能的影响。通过淋巴细胞增殖实验测定软胶囊各成分的体外免疫增强能力。以牡丹籽油复方软胶囊0.3、0.6、1.8 g/kg低、中、高3个剂量给予小鼠连续灌胃30 d,测定细胞免疫、体液免疫、单核-巨噬细胞吞噬功能指标和NK细胞活性。结果表明:4、6、8 mg/mL茶叶提取物,6、8 mg/mL苦瓜提取物和8 mg/mL牡丹籽油均可以显著增强小鼠淋巴细胞体外增殖能力(P<0.05)。体内实验时,与对照组相比,高剂量组可以极显著增强小鼠的淋巴细胞增殖能力和NK细胞活性(P<0.01),显著增强小鼠的迟发型变态反应和碳廓清能力(P<0.05);中剂量组可以极显著增强小鼠的NK细胞活性(P<0.01),显著增强小鼠淋巴细胞增殖能力和迟发型变态反应(P<0.05);低剂量组可以显著增强小鼠迟发型变态反应(P<0.05)。研究表明牡丹籽油复方软胶囊可以增强小鼠免疫功能。The enhancement of immune function of peony seed oil compound soft capsule was investigated in vitro and in vivo. The immune enhancement ability of each component of the soft capsule was determined by lymphocyte proliferation assay in vitro. The mice were given three doses of peony seed oil compound soft capsules at 0.3,0.6,1.8 g/kg respectively for 30 d and the cellular immunity, humoral immunity, mononuclear macrophage function and NK cell activity were determined. The results showed that 4,6,8 mg/mL tea extract, 6,8 mg/mL bitter gourd extract and 8 mg/mL peony seed oil could significantly enhance lymphocyte proliferation ability in vitro of the mice(P<0.05). In vivo experiments, compared with the control group, the 1.8 g/kg group very significantly enhanced the lymphocyte proliferation ability and NK cell activity(P<0.01), and significantly enhanced the delayed hypersensitivity and carbon clearance ability of the mice(P<0.05);0.6 g/kg group could very significantly enhance the NK cell activity(P<0.01), significantly enhance the lymphocyte proliferation ability and delayed hypersensitivity in mice(P<0.05);0.3 g/kg group could significantly enhance the delayed hypersensitivity in mice(P<0.05). All the results indicated that peony seed oil compound soft capsule could enhance the immune function of mice.
