摘　　要：目的观察Drebrin在慢性脑缺血大鼠脑组织中的表达水平变化。方法采用永久性双侧颈总动脉结扎制备慢性脑缺血模型,随机分为正常对照组、假手术组、模型组,分别于4周和8周通过水迷宫试验评价大鼠学习记忆能力,采用免疫组化法观察各组大鼠脑组织的Drebrin的表达。结果 (1)模型组大鼠的记忆力显著下降(P<0.05);(2)模型组与假手术组相比Drebrin阳性细胞数明显减少(P<0.05),随着缺血时间的延长,Drebrin的表达持续性下降。结论慢性脑缺血可以导致神经元细胞Drebrin表达减少,可能是慢性脑缺血导致认知功能障碍的机制之一。Objective To observe the change of Drebrin expression in cerebral of chronic cerebral ischemia rats.Methods The model of chronic ischemic was the permanent ligation of bilateral common carotid arteries model.The rat were divided randomly into three groups:the normal control group,the sham-operated group,and the model group.At 4 weeks and 8 weeks,Morris water maze would be used to detect the function of rats’ learning and memory and observed the expression of Drebrin in rats brain by immunohistochemistry.Results The memory of rats in the model group decreased significantly(P<0.05).Compared with the sham-operated group,the numbers of Drebrin-positived cells in the model group was obviously decreased(P<0.05),and along with the time after operate it was continuely decreased.Conclusion Chronic ischemic can decrease the expression of Drebrin which may be the one mechanism of the cognitive disorder induced by chronic ischemic.
