摘 要:目的:探讨多学科联合的情境模拟教学查房在护理本科生临床教学中的应用及效果。方法:选取2015年7月至2016年4月的本科实习护生为对照组,采取传统教学查房模式。2016年7月至2017年4月的本科实习护生为观察组,采用多学科联合的情境模拟教学查房模式。结果:观察组理论成绩、整体护理考核及教学满意度评分分别为(85.74±7.14,89.80±4.73,93.88±6.33),高于对照组(80.08±7.22,83.65±5.15,87.43±7.54);教学后观察组的团队合作能力4个维度即信任与支持、团队取向、团队领导及团队心智模型评分(43.23±8.09,40.36±4.58,17.18±2.98,26.96±4.08)均优于对照组(36.36±7.19,35.65±4.15,11.02±1.83,21.22±3.75),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多学科联合的情境模拟教学查房,提高了临床护理教学效果及护生对护理教学的满意度,值得进一步研究。[Objective]To explore the application method and effect of multidisciplinary situational simulation teaching ward rounds in the clinical teaching of nursing undergraduates.[Method]107 undergraduates who practiced in our hospital from July 2015 to April 2016 were selected as the control group,and 130 undergraduates from July 2016 to April 2017 were selected as the observation group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching rounds,and the observation group adopted the multidisciplinary situational simulation teaching ward rounds.[Result]The observation group in the theoretical score,assessment of holistic nursing care result and the satisfaction score(85.74±7.14,89.80±4.73,93.88±6.33)were obviously higher than the control group(80.08±7.22,83.65±5.15,87.43±7.54);after teaching,the team cooperation ability four dimensions of trust and support,team orientation,team leader,and team mental models(43.23±8.09,40.36±4.58,17.18±2.98,26.96±4.08)was superior to the control group(36.36±7.19,35.65±4.15,11.02±1.83,21.22±3.75),with significant difference(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The application of multidisciplinary situational simulation teaching ward rounds improves the effect of clinical nursing teaching and nursing students’satisfaction with nursing teaching,enhance the nursing students’clinical nursing ability.It is worth further studying.
