高职院校“特质选拔、分类复合”的人才培养模式探析——以商务管理专业为例

摘　　要：随着高职教育的不断发展和创新,高职教育人才培养模式也在逐步改进与完善。商务管理是高职院校重点发展的专业,商务管理人才的培养效果会间接决定高职的社会与经济效益。为了更好的优化与改进高职教育水平,简要分析了高职商务管理专业"特质选拔、分类复合"人才培养模式的内涵与价值,提出了该模式实践运行的路径。With the continuous development and innovation of higher vocational education, the mode of talent training in higher vocational education is also constantly being innovated and changed. Business management is one of the most important majors in higher vocational colleges. The effects of business management talents’ education will indirectly determine the social and economic benefits of higher vocational colleges. In order to optimize and improve the higher vocational education, this paper will briefly analyze the fostering model of "Selection Via Traits, Classification and Compound" for higher vocational business management major,hoping to provide some assistance for relevant educators.
