摘 要:儿科学是一门重要的临床医学,传统教学模式在儿科教学中逐渐显示出它的局限性,一定程度上限制了学生临床思维及实践能力的发展。随着医疗教学水平的提高,案例教学法逐渐成为医疗教学改革的重要环节和方法,案例教学法以案例为基础,教师根据教学要求选择典型的案例,通过课前准备、课堂讨论、课后交流环节,系统的对案例进行思考、分析、讨论,从而加强学生与教师的互动,调动学生的积极性,培养学生分析解决临床问题的能力,加深对理论知识的掌握和理解,促进医学生向临床医生角色的转换,同时也提升了教师的专业素养,这在儿科教学中发挥着重要的作用。Pediatrics is an important clinical medicine,but the traditional teaching model in pediatrics teaching gradually shows its limitations,which limits the development of students’ clinical thinking and practical ability.With the improvement of medical teaching level,case-based teaching has gradually become the important link of medical teaching reform and method.Case-based teaching is based on the case,and teachers choose typical case according to the teaching requirement to think,analyze and discuss systematically,through the preparation before class,class discussion and communication after class.It strengthens the interaction between students and teachers,and arouses the enthusiasm of students through the thinking,analysis and discussion.Meanwhile it cultivates students’ ability to analyze and solve clinical problems,deepens to master the theoretical knowledge,promotes the transformation from medical students to clinical doctors,and improves the teachers’ professional quality.Case-based teaching plays an important role in the pediatric teaching.
