摘  要:目的探讨整合多元教学模式的临床见习管理方法在实习教学中的应用价值。方法将2016年6月-2017年6月在本院临床实习的90名临床专业本科生随机分为研究组和对照组,每组45名。对照组应用传统教学模式,研究组应用多元教学模式(CTPF)。临床教学结束后进行理论考试和实践操作的考试,评价考试成绩。同时进行专业知识应用能力评价和教学质量评价。结果研究组理论考试分数(88.47±8.87)分、操作考试分数(90.66±9.09)分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组在病史采集、体格检查、实验室检查及特殊检查、查房方面的应用能力评分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.01)。研究组学生对教育方法的兴趣度评分(4.52±0.48)分、医患沟通评分(4.32±0.46)分、临床思维构建评分(4.35±0.46)分及总体满意度评分(4.32±0.56)分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论CTPF教学方式应用于临床的实习教学中,教学效果显著,学生接受度较高。Objective To explore the application value of CTPF in practice teaching of clinical medicine.Methods From June 2016 to June 2017,90 students in clinical medicine interning in our hospital were randomly divided into research group and control group,with 45 students in each group.The control group used traditional teaching mode,and the research group used multi-teaching mode(CTPF).After the end of clinical teaching,theoretical and practical tests were conducted to evaluate the test results.At the same time,evaluated the professional knowledge application ability and teaching quality.Results The theoretical test scores(88.47±8.87)points and operational test scores(90.66±9.09)points of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(all P<0.05).The scores of medical history collection,physical examination,laboratory examination and special examination,ward round in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(all P<0.01).The interest score(4.52±0.48)points,doctor-patient communication score(4.32±0.46)points,clinical thinking construction score(4.35±0.46)points and satisfaction score(4.32±0.56)points of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(all P<0.05).Conclusion CTPF teaching method has been applied in the practice teaching of clinical medicine,with remarkable teaching effect and high acceptance of students.
