摘　　要：某X波段T/R组件中的进口微带板替换为国产微带板。由于微带板性能差异,原有工艺流程和要求不能适应新型材料。通过优化微带板的制备工艺和装配工艺参数,提高微带板的粗糙度、尺寸稳定性和大面积焊接钎透率,使组件性能满足使用要求,为国产材料的国产替代提供技术基础。The imported microwave laminates used in T/R modules were replaced by domestically manufacturing products.Because of the different properties of microwave laminates,the original process and requirements can not adapt to the new materials.Several improvement measures of preparation procedure for microwave laminates and assembly process for modules are taken,such as high roughness,dimensional stability and large-area soldering of microwave laminates,so that the performance of the modules can meet the use requirements,providing the technical basis for the domestic replacement of domestic materials.
