摘　　要：伦理实践向度的长期被遮蔽和缺场是当前师德建设成效不显的重要原因。合理的师生伦理秩序逻辑地包涵着平等、辩证和“德”“得”贯通三种伦理关系。以“师爱生尊”为核心理念的师生和生师两种伦理向度及其统一,是市场经济条件下师德建设的伦理实践向度的可能路径。The lack of effectiveness in the construction of teachers’ethics may be attributed to the long-term obscurity and absence of empirical study.The ethical relationship between teachers and students is featured by equality,dialectics,“virtue”and“acquisition”.The construction of teachers’morality under the background of market economy can be realized from the two ethical dimensions of empathetic teacher and respectful students and their unification.
