摘　　要：师范生创新能力是师范生以实现一定的教育目标为导向,对教学设计、教学实施、教学评价等教学要素产生新的设想并创造条件有效实施的心理状态。创新能力培养包括创新意识、创新技能和创新思维三个方面。师范生创新能力培养需要厘清师范生基本素养与创新能力的关系,重构师范生教育课程体系,建构师范生创新能力培养评价体系。The innovation ability of normal school students is a psychological state in which normal school students are guided by certain educational goals and create new ideas for teaching design, teaching implementation, teaching evaluation and other teaching elements and create conditions for effective implementation. The cultivation of innovation ability includes three aspects: innovation consciousness, innovation skills and innovation thinking. It is necessary to clarify the relationship between the basic literacy and innovation ability of normal students, reconstruct the education curriculum system of normal students, and construct the evaluation system of innovation ability of normal students.
