摘  要:“烘焙食品加工技术”是一门专业核心课程,实践性强。传统教学模式存在学生参与度低、缺乏主动性和协作性学习的问题。结合该课程教学内容和高职院校学生特点,对翻转课堂在任务驱动教学中运用的可行性进行分析,研究基于任务驱动的翻转课堂教学新模型,以期提高“烘焙食品加工技术”课程的教学质量。Baking Food Processing Technology is a professional core course which has strong practicality.Low classroom participation,lack of initiative and collaboration on students were the problems of the traditional teaching.In this paper,the feasibility of using the flipped class model in the task based learning was analyzed according to the teaching content of this course and the characteristics of students in higher vocational colleges,and the flipped class model based on task based learning was studied,in hoping to improve the quality of teaching.
