新工科背景下地方院校教学管理初探

摘　　要：教学管理,协调学校各种资源服务于学校人才培养,是提高人才培养质量的重要保障,是学校管理的重要环节。文章分析了地方院校教学管理的现状、主要成效以及在新工科建设背景下教学管理存在的问题,并从适应新工科人才培养模式改革需要出发,树立服务育人的教学管理理念、建立科学的教学管理机制、提升教学管理人员的职业素养等方面提出了教学管理措施。Teaching management, coordinating all kinds of school resources to serve the training of school talents, is an important guarantee to improve the quality of personnel training, is an important link of school management. This paper analyses the current situation and main results of teaching management in local higher colleges, as well as the problems existing in teaching management under the background of new subject construction. Starting from the need of adapting to the reform of talent cultivation mode in new subjects, the paper sets up the teaching management concept of serving and educating people, establishes a scientific teaching management mechanism, and promotes the functions of teaching managers. The teaching management measures are put forward in the aspects of professional accomplishment and so on.
