摘　　要：法律硕士专业学位研究生制度自1996年实施至今,为国家法治建设和经济社会发展培养了大批法律专门人才。法律硕士招生是人才培养工作的序章,直接影响和制约着人才选拔和培养质量。在法学教育实现"内涵式发展"的新形势下,进一步明确法律硕士教育目标,调整现有的招生考试方式和内容,以考察考生的综合法律素质为重点,真正选拔出具有培养潜力的学生,从源头上推动法律硕士专业学位研究生培养质量的提高。Since its implementation in 1996,the Master of Laws degree program has educated a large number of legal professionals for our country's rule of law construction and economic and social development.The enrollment of Master of Laws is a preface to the cultivation of legal talent,which directly affects and restricts the quality of talent selection and training.Under the new situation of legal education achieving"connotative developmentM,the authors of this paper suggest that a series of measures should be taken,such as,further clarifying the education objectives of the Master of Law,adjusting the existing methods and contents of enrollment examinations,and focusing on testing the comprehensive legal quality of candidates,and truly selecting students with potential for cultivation with the purpose of promoting the improvement of the quality of graduate students of law degree from the source.
