摘  要:建立了高效液相色谱-串联质谱(HPLC-MS/MS)同时检测凉拌菜中4种植物毒素(茄碱、蓖麻碱、秋水仙碱和鱼藤酮)的分析方法。试样采用正己烷∶二氯甲烷(1∶1,v/v)提取,氮吹、复溶后,经ZORBAX Eclipse Plus C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×50 mm,1.8μm)分离,采用电喷雾离子源(ESI)正离子,多反应监测(MRM)模式进行检测,外标法定量。结果表明:4种植物毒素在0.5~200μg/L范围内均具有良好的线性关系,相关系数(r)均大于0.999,在低、中、高3个加标水平下的平均回收率为72.1%~99.8%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=7)为0.3%~8.2%,方法的检出限(S/N=3)和定量下限(S/N=10)分别为0.10~0.82和0.32~2.72μg/kg。该方法前处理简单、灵敏度高,适用于凉拌菜中4种植物毒素的快速同时检测。High performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS)was developed for the simultaneous determination of four plant toxins,including solanine,ricinine,colchicine and rotenone in cold dishes. The samples were extracted with n-hexane:dichloromethane(1∶1,v/v),dried by nitrogen and re-dissolved. The analytes were separated on a ZORBAX Eclipse Plus C18 column(4.6 mm×50 mm,1.8 μm),then determined in multiple reaction monitoring(MRM)mode with positive electrospray ionization(ESI+)mode,and quantified by the external standard method. The results of method showed the linearity in the range of 0.5~200 μg/L,there were good linear relationships for the four plant toxins with correlation coefficients(r)larger than 0.999. At three different spiked levels,the average recoveries for solanine,ricinine,colchicine and rotenone were 72.1%~99.8% with relative standard deviations(RSDs,n=7)of 0.3%~8.2%. The limits of detection(S/N=3)and quantitation(S/N=10)of the method were 0.10~0.82 and 0.32~2.72 μg/kg,respectively. The method was suitable for the rapid and simultaneous detection of four plant toxins in cold dishes due to its advantages of simplicity and sensitivity.
